1. About This Software
Casper is a beta / prototype construction workflow management tool provided for evaluation and internal testing purposes. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that beta software may contain errors, bugs, or interruptions in service.
2. Data Ownership
You and your organization retain full ownership of all project data, documents, requests, and content you submit through Casper ("Your Content"). Casper does not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
3. Confidentiality
Project data is visible only to organizations and individuals explicitly linked to that project within Casper. We do not share Your Content with third parties except as required to operate the underlying infrastructure (e.g. our database and hosting providers) or as required by law.
4. Electronic Signatures
Actions taken within Casper that are marked as requiring an electronic signature (approvals, reviews, and similar decisions) constitute your legal signature and binding intent under applicable electronic transactions law. You are responsible for the accuracy of any decision you electronically sign.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casper and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the software, including during any period of downtime or data loss.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by others using your login.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as Casper develops. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
